After we had settled into our seats, the plane took off at 12:30. Sarah settled in for a long sleep, while Will watched a movie and benefited from the extra meal.
After the meals Will had a sleep and soon after we were woken up for ‘brunch’ which was at about 4pm Singapore time.
Landing in Singapore just after 6pm, we made our way out of the terminal towards the train. After changing trains we found our way to our station and walked to our hotel.
After checking in and having a quick shower, we headed out for dinner. We wandered around a shopping centre and found a sushi train.
Sitting down and enjoying many plates of sushi as it came around and the extras we ordered. Satisfied we then made our way to the Marina Bay Sands.
After taking a short train and walking through a shopping centre we found our way to the Marina Bay where we watched the light show. It was very entertaining with the light and water display that ran almost 15 minutes.
We then wandered around the shopping centre, where Sarah got a bubble tea. Then we caught the train back towards our hotel, walking back through the shopping centre to our room and called it a night.
